1. Introduction

Welcome to Greenway Getaways. These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made through our website greenwaygetaways.com
By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms on behalf of yourself and all members of your party.

Our packages include combinations of accommodation, golf rounds, transfers, and other travel-related services as described on our Site.

2. Booking / Contract Formation

You may make bookings online via the Site or by contacting us using the details on our Contact page. A contract between you and Greenway Getaways exists once we issue a written confirmation and you have paid the applicable deposit.

At the time of booking, you must provide accurate names, contact details, passport information (if required), and any special requests. It is your responsibility to ensure all information is correct — we cannot be liable for errors you do not notify us about in time.

3. Price, Availability and Deposit

  • All prices are shown in Euros (€) and are subject to availability.

  • Package prices may vary by travel dates, season, and other factors.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount of the deposit will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Final balances must be paid according to the payment schedule provided in your booking confirmation.

We reserve the right to amend published pricing prior to confirmation of your booking. Once confirmed and paid for, the price will not change except where required by applicable law or in limited situations described in these terms (e.g., changes in taxes or supplier costs).

4. Payment Methods

Payments can be made by bank transfer. Card details are processed securely and in accordance with applicable regulations. By providing payment details, you confirm that the card is yours or that you are authorized to use it.

Bank transfer payments must reference your booking number and proof of payment must be emailed to us.

5. Amendments and Cancellations

Requests to amend your booking (dates, package type, number of guests, etc.) must be made in writing. Any amendment is subject to:

  • availability;

  • applicable fees from suppliers (hotels, golf courses, transfers); revision of the total package price.​

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges depend on how close to the travel date the cancellation is made and supplier terms. In addition to supplier charges, we may retain an administration fee.

We rarely cancel confirmed bookings. However, we reserve the right to do so due to extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, disease outbreaks, civil disturbance, terrorism, or government travel restrictions. In such cases, you may be offered alternative arrangements or a refund of monies paid, minus any unavoidable supplier charges.​

6. Changes by Suppliers

Greenway Getaways works with independent suppliers (e.g., hotels, golf courses, transfer companies). These suppliers may occasionally change details of services (e.g., tee times, accommodation allocation, course maintenance scheduling). We will communicate known significant changes as soon as practicable but cannot be held responsible for changes outside our control.

 

7. Liability, Insurance and Personal Responsibility

You are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical treatment, personal injury, loss of luggage, accidents, golf equipment, and other unforeseen events.

We act as an agent for suppliers and do not control their services. We accept responsibility only for the services we agree to provide and organize directly. We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party service providers.

You accept responsibility for your party’s conduct while on holiday. We may terminate your booking without refund if a member of your party behaves in a way that, in our reasonable judgment, causes danger, disturbance, or damage.

 

8. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party hold valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents for all destinations on your itinerary. Greenway Getaways is not responsible if you are denied travel or entry due to failure to carry correct documentation.

 

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If an issue arises during your trip, you must inform the relevant supplier (hotel, golf course, transfer provider) immediately so they can attempt to resolve it on the spot. You should also notify Greenway Getaways as soon as possible.

Unresolved complaints should be submitted to us in writing within 14 days of your return.

 

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, you consent to our use of your personal information for booking administration, communication with service providers, marketing (where permitted), and legal compliance.

 

11. General Terms

  • These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time; the version applicable to your booking is the one in effect at the time of booking.

  • Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the country where Greenway Getaways is registered.
